Customer Orientation
Every client will receive orientation to the motorcycle. The client orientation will cover all aspects of
safe motorcycle operation, the clients' maintenance responsibilities, local and state laws.
Fuel
Fuel costs are client's responsibility. Skyout.com claims no responsibility for motorcycle fuel
consumption and mileage.
Helmets (Included in Daily Rental Rate)
Helmets are provided with all motorcycle rentals and all tours. Clients are encouraged to bring their
own helmets for comfort and style. In addition, helmets may be purchased or hired at Skyout rental
station. Helmets for Rider and as well as for pillion are required by law.
Additional Drivers
1 additional driver is permitted at no extra charge. The minimum age for an additional driver is 21
and a valid motorcycle license is required.
Maintenance Responsibility
Customers are sole responsible for checking engine oil during refuelling, reporting technical fault as
soon as possible. Instructions and procedures for maintenance expense reimbursement are provided
at pick-up. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in
motorcycle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.
Motorcycle Substitution
Skyout reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to rental client. Should Skyout not
be able to provide confirmed motorcycle a similar or better model will be provided to the client?
This constitutes the maximum liability of Skyout.
Two wheeler need to be refund as schedule ,without any delay/invoice copy. A delay of more than
15 minutes without intimating the customer care or Field executive will attract penalty as per vendor
TnC.
Users have to deposit a refundable security deposit for all the vehicles (as mentioned at the booking
page) at the time of receiving the vehicle. The same shall be refunded to you at the time of returning
the vehicle after deducting all the statutory charges/costs.
A valid driving license must be produced in original to the vendor at the time of receiving the vehicle.
Users should be wearing a Helmet and carry original driving license issued by the Government of
India at all the times while driving the rented vehicle
The pick up point and drop point will remain the same and the vehicle cannot be asked to be
collected from a 3rd location unless pickup/drop facility is provided by the vendor. However, in case
of emergency please call our helpline number ().
A Trip extension request is to be made at least 1 hour before the drop-off time. For trip extension
you need to inform our pickup point or to login in web or app. Extension of ride fully depend on trip
and vehicle availability, so customer don’t have any further claim for this . In case the customer
doesn’t drop the bike in spite of a denied extension request, penalty charges will be applicable.
Rider must be of Age 21 or above. Riding the vehicle under the influence of alcohol / banned drugs is
strictly prohibited at all times
Standard hourly charges will be applicable per hour of delay. An additional Rs. 200 per day will be
charged as late fee
A Trip extension request is to be made at least 1 hour before the drop-off time. Need to inform this
to skyout, through phone. The request will be confirmed or denied as per the availability of bikes. If
customer not return two wheeler, after cancellation of extension request, then penalty deducted
from security amount.
The customer is not authorized to lend the two-wheeler to any person without first informing
SKYout. In that scenario other person need to submit his/her documents also.
In case of minor damages to the helmet, the customer is liable to pay fine as per vendor.
In case of any damage of vehicle due to any reason charges will be calculated by the vendor and the
customer is liable to pay the same to the vendor along with the daily tariff until the bike is ready for
renting again.
Any physical damage / theft / loss to the vehicle or the accessories will be the sole responsibility of
the person renting the vehicle. Rider will be liable to pay for all damages to Skyout and the vendor
for the same as applicable
Riders are not permitted to take Skyout scooters beyond bangalore border.
Rider should respect and follow Traffic rules and regulations. All Challans issued due to rider
negligence needs to be paid in full to the penalizing authority
Driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs is strictly prohibited. Skyout will not be responsible to
compensate for any mishappenings or consequences in such cases. Rider will be liable to pay for all
damages to the vendor for the same
Bookings are subject to availability. Skyout and its vendors reserve the right to cancel a booking if
deemed necessary

In case of any kind of theft or misplacing or damage which cannot be recover then customer are sole
responsible to pay market value of two wheeler.
In case of engine fault or failure, the customer needs to contact the vendor or Field Executive before
getting any repairs done. Original repairing and maintenance documents need to produce for getting
reimbursement.
For any cancellation or refund, it takes 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your
bank account.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rider must have posses age of 18 and above, as per state and central Govt of India. rule. If the rider
is under the stipulated age, his or her order will be cancelled without any refund.
The documents mentioned below need to be verified, in original, for each rider.
Document 1 – Driving License
Document 2 – Passport, Election Card, Aadhaar Card. (Any one of the above).
Two-wheeler bookings are subject to availability. Skyout reserves the right to cancel any booking if
deemed necessary.
Rider should respect and follow Traffic rules and regulations. All Challans issued due to rider
negligence need to be paid in full to the penalizing authority.
Driving under the influence of Alcohol/Drugs is strictly prohibited. Skyout will not be responsible to
compensate for any mishaps and their consequences in such cases. The customer will be liable to
pay for all damages to the vendor for the same.
Customer must have drop two wheeler as prescribe in invoice, change in this clause only depend on
Skyout policy.
In case a customer feels that they will be late for the drop, they should call the field executive or
customer care and ask for a trip extension. Extensions are subject to availability.
The pickup location will not change in lateron, due to any reason.
Cancellation Policy
In case of a cancellation, Rs. 100 would be charged as cancellation fee if cancellation is done before
24 hours of pick-up time. A cancellation fee of 50% of fare amount is applicable if the cancellations is
done between 24-2 hours of pick-up time. Fare will not be refundable if cancelled within 2 hours of
pick-up time or later
If any booking is cancelled by Skyout, when a vehicle is not available or any other issues, full refund
will be initiated.
All refunds will take around 7-10 business days to reach the customer's account depending on the
bank Rescheduling Policy.
All rescheduling requests are to be made at least 1 day before the pickup time and all extension
requests are to be made at least 1 day before the drop off time. Such requests are to be made to
customer care/ vendor over the phone. As per booking schedule, they may confirm or deny the
request depending on the vehicle availability
