Skyout collects information from client to improve our service level as well as to help client in worst situation during ride. A user must consent to the terms and conditions of this privacy policy in order to avail Skyout servicesIf client want to suspend agreement of Skyout, he/she can revoke his/her agreement to Skyout’s privacy policy.

Skyout collects following information from its users when they sign up on its website or smartphone based applications: Name E-mail Address Date of birth Postal Address Contact Number By providing the above information, the applicant has voluntarily agreed to the terms and condition of this document. Skyout collects following information from its users during the rental period: Location: All vehicles of Skyout have GPS tracking devices installed in order to ensure the safety of the passengers and the vehicle. Skyout tracks the real time location of all its vehicles. Skyout will not publically divulge any of this information. However, Skyout may share this information with the police or similar concerned authorities in the event of an accident or mishap.

Skyout also reserves the right to share any information pertaining to the location of the vehicle with insurance companies in the event of any damage/accident claim or theft. Vehicle Use Data: Skyout collects and monitors data related to vehicle use in order to prevent misuse, like over speeding etc., and theft of the vehicle. Skyout reserves the right to access user’s driver record and vehicle history from all the Departments of Motor Vehicles, Registry of Motor Vehicles, automobile mechanics and other relevant authorities. Non Personal Information Skyout, as part of standard operation of its site, collects non-personal information which has no direct relation to any specific individual. For each visitor, our web server collects information including but not limited to IP addresses, usage details and identifying technologies. Skyout reserves the right to collect, use, transfer and disclose non-personal information for any purpose.
